When you request a quote, book a repair or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, registration, insurer and claim details, and photos of your vehicle that you choose to send.
Why do we collect it?
We use your information to prepare quotes, carry out and warrant repairs, deal with your insurer when you ask us to, keep you updated and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information.
Who do we share it with?
We share information only as needed to repair your vehicle: with your insurer or assessor, parts suppliers, towing operators and our IT and email providers. Some providers may store data outside Australia.
Does this website use cookies or analytics?
If analytics is turned on, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It does not identify you personally. Where we ask for consent, analytics only loads after you accept.
How do we keep your information secure?
Quote requests are stored in our password-protected website admin and email account. Only staff who need the information can see it, and we delete it when it is no longer needed.
How can you access, correct or complain about your information?
